Our Story

The first time we met is way way back to the days of 7th grade. The first school dance I introduced myself and asked him to dance. Ha ha, yes this is true. After that we became really good friends from then on. This is Ryan back then...

He was always hanging out with his brothers catching cows

I took this picture of him 9th grade year in Pre-Calculus. I remember so many fun times in this class. This is his Zoolander pose that he's so good at :)

We used to hang out on the back of his truck GW (Gutless Wonder).

He also thought it was funny to rope me.

This is the last day of school. We both love ICE CREAM :)

We went to prom together and he picked me up in a cinderella carriage.

He left to Brazil on his mission :(

For some odd reason this was his favorite picture I sent him while he was on his mission. I said I look sad when I don't get a letter from you see... and I guess he liked me best sad in photos.

My favorite picture of him on my mission. Instead of carving pumpkins his family shoots them :)

Our first date after my mission. CAFE RIO!

Double date with friends from high school.

Island Park. Family vacation with the Hirschi's. That trip confirmed to me I wanted to marry him!

Reading some good Sunday articles together

Hiking!

I would come home from Logan to go on dates. This was for Kathryn's birthday party at our favorite pizza joint in High School :)

Horse back riding

He would drive up to Logan to go out on dates and hit a deer on the way home at 12 o'clock at night :( Needless to say after begging him to go country dancing he arrived home with a blown out shoe, his shoulder ripped out, and 1/2 a car.

I was in heaven that night though... Salmon Dinner :)

He surprised me for that date as well when he showed up at my apartment. I love love surprises!

Making sugar cookies for halloween. I was covered with flour by the time we were done

Roses just because :) I still have them in my kitchen because it reminds me I married the most thoughtful person I know

We drove to Arizona together for an interview for dental school. This meant in my mind we were getting married. This is the Grand Canyon on our drive there.

Hoover Dam on the drive back home. My face says it, "Yes, I am afraid of heights so can we go back in the car please"

Ryan on the other hand was loving it.

Ryan proposed February 21st, Presidents Day, in Paris Idaho snowmobiling

Me after I crashed :)

Ryan and I with his parents on a Sunday stroll more like hike, ha ha

He designed my ring and I LOVE IT! :)

Ryan's note to a girl in 8th grade about how he liked me. Little did he know he was talking about his wife

Our engagements

My favorite end to the story is that there is no end. We got married not until death but we were married forever in the Salt Lake Temple :)
